Towards a coaching organization
We live in the world of constant and continuous change. The 4th industrial revolution will change our work more than most of us can even imagine today. Organization developers need to find ways to create organizational capabilities that carry through these changes. A coaching organization can be a powerful approach to building a sustainable and agile organizational culture. In this session, we will discuss how to move an organization towards a coaching one, using real-life examples.
Riitta Silvennoinen, currently CHRO at Aalto University, is an accomplished HR executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic HR management in a global context. Her experience comes predominantly from the fast moving telecom industry (Nokia, NSN). She is passionate about people and organizations and, as a part of it, finding innovative approaches to developing organizations as systems.
